Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These terms apply when you use the Orbix website and resident app, operated as the Orbix project. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Orbix provides

Orbix provides app and website features for account access, resident service requests, community information, and related tools. Available information and services depend on the connected project and the records made available to your account.

Unless your barangay has separately confirmed its official adoption, Orbix is not an official government communication channel. Notices, balances, service availability, and request status may be incomplete or out of date. Confirm official information with the relevant barangay office.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in details secure and use an account that belongs to you. Provide accurate information when submitting a request. Do not impersonate someone, submit information or photos without permission, interfere with the service, or use Orbix for unlawful or harmful activity.

Requests, emergencies, and payments

Submitting a request through Orbix does not guarantee approval, processing time, or a particular outcome. Orbix is not an emergency response service. For urgent help, contact local emergency services or the appropriate public authority directly.

A payment preference recorded in the app is not a payment transaction. The app does not charge a payment method or confirm that a bill has been paid.

Website feedback

Website feedback is saved in local browser storage on the device used to submit it; it is not transmitted to Orbix. Clearing browser data may remove saved feedback.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued. We aim to keep information useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every record is complete or error-free.

These terms are a project-use notice, not legal advice. The Orbix operator should review them for the actual organization, deployment, and applicable local requirements before public launch.
